At Timeless by Waliya Noor, we want you to love your purchase! If, for any reason, you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
Return Eligibility
- Please contact us within 2 days via email, Items must be returned within 5 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached and packaging intact.
- Final sale items, undergarments, swimwear, and accessories are not eligible for return for hygiene reasons.
How to Initiate a Return
- Please email us at waliya@timelessbywaliyanoor.com with your order number and reason for the return.
- Once approved, we’ll provide instructions.
- Pack your item securely and ship it back to us.
Refund Options
- Refund: Returns are refunded to the original payment method within 8-10 business days of receiving the item.
- Store Credit: Opt for store credit and receive a bonus of 10% to use on your next purchase.
Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- If you use our prepaid label, a flat fee 300 will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges
- We currently do not process direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please place a new order and return the original item.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please get in touch with us at waliya@timelessbywaliyanoor.com within 2 days of delivery. We will provide a replacement or full refund.
Non-Returnable Items
- Gift cards, final sale items, and customized pieces are not eligible for return or refund.
- Any ripped items while trying on are also not returnable.
