At Timeless by Waliya Noor, we want you to love your purchase! If, for any reason, you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Return Eligibility

Please contact us within 2 days via email, Items must be returned within 5 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached and packaging intact.
Final sale items, undergarments, swimwear, and accessories are not eligible for return for hygiene reasons.

How to Initiate a Return

Once approved, we’ll provide instructions.
Pack your item securely and ship it back to us.

Refund Options

Refund: Returns are refunded to the original payment method within 8-10 business days of receiving the item.
Store Credit: Opt for store credit and receive a bonus of 10% to use on your next purchase.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
If you use our prepaid label, a flat fee 300 will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges
